MEET MARY RAUBorn and raised in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland, Mary Russo Rau is big city gal gone small town. The youngest of 8 kids - yes 8 kids - Mary grew up surrounded by family and friends and learned to use her natural born marketing skills, gift of gab, and creativity to be heard. Think about it! With 10 people at the family dinner table every night, creativity and speaking up often kept you fed. She describes herself as personable, outgoing, loyal and socially responsible.
Always up for something new and different, Mary left the close knit community of Baltimore in 1994 and embarked on a wild west adventure. Settling in the hipster's town of Sun Valley, Idaho, Mary feels summers at her Nana's house in |

the country fueled her connection to a quieter life of gardening, dinners on the back porch and cool summer nights under the stars. Mary enjoys visits back home for her regular big city fix because you can take the girl out of the city but you can't take the city out of the girl.
A wide range of industry experience brought Mary to where she is today. Who knew that her first lemonade stand at the age of 6 would have such an impact! After college, Mary undertook sales, copy writing and an assistant managerial position at Baltimore's City Paper leading her to a position as Marketing Director for a retail bakery chain known as Tres Bon Bakery Cafe. Following this, Mary began her own advertising and marketing firm in Baltimore known as Wellington & Associates working with multi location retail accounts and car dealerships in the tri-state area. She rounded out her experience in creative and general marketing management with 5 years of television production in Los Angeles. From sales and creative to campaign development, implementation and follow through, Mary brings years of industry experience to the table. When her old friends discover she works in PR and marketing, their quick response is, "Of course you do!" She is fascinated by all things marketing and continues to love helping business achieve their goals.
